Some things are hard to work out alone. You don't have to.
Coaching for people working through a challenge, a transition, or the question of what comes next.
You might be facing a big decision, feeling stuck in a role that no longer fits, or sensing that something needs to shift without knowing what. You don't need someone to hand you the answers. You need space to think clearly and someone in your corner while you work it out.
That's what I offer. I've been through my own share of personal and professional change, and coaching made a real difference for me. Now I help others find their way forward.
What is coaching?
Until I went through a work restructure, I had no idea what coaching was, or how many areas of life it could help with. I thought coaches were for elite athletes, or larger than life figures on a stage in front of thousands.
Now I see a coach as someone in your corner. Someone who helps you package your thoughts and put together a clear plan to achieve your goals.
Coaching is a partnership. I ask the questions rather than give advice, because I believe you already have the answers. Discovering them together can be transformative.
Coaching isn’t therapy, and it isn’t mentoring. It’s forward focused, building on your strengths so you can get clear on where you want to go and the practical steps to get there.
How it works
-
Start with a conversation
We begin with a completely free discovery call. You tell me what's going on, I explain how I work, and we both decide if it's a good fit. Zero obligations.
-
Do the thinking
You set the agenda over 3 or 6 sessions. I ask the questions, listen closely, and help you get clear on what you want and what's in the way. You'll do most of the talking.
-
Move forward
You leave every session with actions you've chosen yourself. We check in on progress as we go, so momentum builds from one session to the next.
A bit about me
I'm Aaron. I've spent more than 15 years leading teams, and I've faced my share of challenges at work and at home along the way. I’m a husband, dad and a guy who is still trying to figure it all out himself.
My coaching approach is grounded in positive psychology and focused on where you're going, not where you've been.
